General conditions between Luxury Transfer JC, SL and the user:
1. In the event that any error is detected in the information provided on this website, it will be immediately corrected. In case of a typographical error in any of the prices shown and should any Client have made the decision to reserve the service based on this error, www.luxurytransfersjc.com shall inform the Client and the Client shall have the right to terminate their purchase at no cost on their part.
3. Once the reservation is verified, LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L. is obliged to:
Bring the Waybill on board the vehicle.
Carry out the service according to the Rate and special conditions in the Reservation. (Itinerary, price, number of passengers, etc.).
Place a suitcase and a hand bag in the vehicle for each passenger.
The vehicle must have the Compulsory Insurance for the automobile as well as a Supplementary Liability Insurance, to cover any damage or death of the occupants of the vehicle and third parties, and the theft of personal belongings solely from inside the trunk of the vehicle.
When the client is picked up at the airport, the waiting time will be 1 hour from the moment of landing of the plane, in the terminal corresponding to the arrival flight number, previously provided by the client.
Any excess waiting time, regardless of its cause, will be additionally billed as overtime.
Provide the service with maximum diligence, providing the CLIENT with a vehicle in a perfect state of repair, use and operation. Nonetheless, LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L. shall be exempt from any responsibility for any alteration of the services provided, provided that it is not attributable to itself, accident or force majeure.
The company LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L. reserves the right to provide the services by its own means or subcontracting the services to third parties, without this implying any increase for the client and with all
guarantees of the service.
4.CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any variation introduced by the User regarding the reservation made must be made in writing directly to LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L., who may choose to accept the modification, in which case they shall communicate the change of rate to the CLIENT prior to performing the service, or reject the change in which case they will be obliged to provide the service in the terms provided in the initial Reservation.
However, regardless of the cause, the User may cancel the reserved service in advance, in writing by e-mail or any other system that proves its record, leaving the company LUXURY TRANSTFERS JC S.L. obliged to refund the amount of the Reservation, according to the days of notice elapsed in relation the indicated date of the service, in the following percentages:
More than 7 days notice ........................ 100%
Between 7 and 4 days notice .................. 50%
Between 3 and 2 days notice .................. 25%
In any case, the company reserves the right to deduct from the refund the commission made by the bank.
LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L. reserve the right to deny transportation, without refunding the full amount of the service, to any person believed to be under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs and whose conduct may pose a threat to the driver, vehicle or other travellers
Eating, drinking, smoking and drug use is totally prohibited inside the vehicles.
The vehicles are fully insured for the transportation of passengers, as required by Spanish legislation.
The client's luggage and property will be carried at their own risk and responsibility, and cannot be claimed for loss or damage.
5. The User expressly authorizes LUXURY TRANSFERS JC S.L. to include in an automated file the personal details that appear in the fields of the form, as they are necessary for the adequate provision of the services offered on this Website.
